●発送について。
ご購入金額に応じて、配送方法・送料が以下のように変わります。
・合計7,000円以上:通常配送(発払い)となります。
・合計10,000円以上:通常配送(発払い・送料無料)となります。
・合計7,000円以下の場合でも、商品がネコポスに収まらないサイズの場合は通常配送(発払い)となります。
※ネコポス対象商品のみをご購入で、かつ合計金額が7,000円未満の場合は、ネコポス配送となります。
※配送時の破損・紛失などへの補償は、上限3,000円までとなります。

すでに他のShopifyサイトでアカウントを登録されている場合は、その際に使用したメールアドレスとパスワードでログインが可能です。
パスワードをお忘れの場合は、ログイン画面よりパスワードの再設定をお願いいたします。

●About Shipping
 Shipping charges differ depending on the shipping location and the product.
Please check it shown when you purchase.
*We make our packaging smaller to keep shipping costs down for customers.
Due to conditions during shipping, the brim and other parts might be flatter than the original curve. Please adjust to your preference.
Separate orders cannot be included in the same package. If you wish to include shipping in one package, please cancel all your orders and reorder again.
●About the color/size of the product
We make efforts to make our product photos as close to the actual color of the product as possible. However, the color may differ from the actual color due to your monitor settings or the lighting in your room.
-Our definition of the most frequently asked colors-
Khaki → brown or yellow with a dull reddish tint. Beige khaki. A color like chinos.
Olive → Dark and deep green. Olive green. A color like military uniforms.
We have a standardized rule for measuring sizes, but there may be slight deviations.
If you have any concerns about size, please contact us or visit a store where you can try on it.We do not accept returns once the order is completed, even if it has not been shipped yet.Please check the size and color carefully before order.
*Only one item cannot be returned due to system reasons when two or more items are ordered. Please return all items and re-purchase.
If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from your order, please contact us through our contact form within 5 days from the arrival date.Please contact us in advance if you want to return or exchange it. We will not accept any requests without prior notice.After you return the items and we check their condition, we will ship replacements or refund.
●About wrapping
Wrapping is not supported now.
It is possible to ship without the product tag and delivery note. But products without tag are non-returnable.
Because we inspect our products before shipping, some of the packing materials (bags, etc.) may be damaged or have marks from opening. The bag may have a few scratches or open marks, but it is usable. Please appreciate that this is one of our small efforts to avoid wasting resources.
●Regarding Inquiries
Inquiries received on weekends and holidays (JPT) will be answered on weekdays in the order they were received.
